Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day brand marketing for CRAFTSMAN, driving global brand initiatives and new product launches
  • Support long-term strategic planning, including future product innovation, growth opportunities, and sponsorship strategies
  • Develop and execute brand campaign materials, including marketing copy, packaging design, eCommerce content, and social media activation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Insights, Digital Marketing) and agency partners to deliver world-class content
  • Partner with regional Brand Marketing teams to ensure consistent global representation and KPI alignment
  • Translate consumer insights into benefit-driven campaigns across core and new product categories

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in brand campaign development and execution
  • Experience developing content and messaging strategies and leveraging insights to drive decisions
  • Strong business acumen, including financial and budget management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and cross-functional environment
