Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global partnerships strategy aligned to revenue goals
  • Integrate new products (e.g., EasyCoach) into the partner ecosystem and identify ideal partners
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships; track pipeline, revenue contribution, and ROI
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team with clear goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product for cross-functional alignment
  • Enable partners with messaging, training, and resources to sell and implement effectively
  • Own partner processes, tooling, and reporting; test and iterate on partnership models
  • Ensure a high-quality partner experience from onboarding through long-term growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles within SaaS/B2B tech
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue via partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating new products into partner motions
  • Familiarity with partner enablement and co-selling practices
  • Exposure to North America, Europe, and Australia partner ecosystems
  • Ownership of KPIs for partner pipeline, revenue, and ROI
