Job description
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global partnerships strategy aligned to revenue goals
- Integrate new products (e.g., EasyCoach) into the partner ecosystem and identify ideal partners
- Strengthen strategic partnerships; track pipeline, revenue contribution, and ROI
- Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team with clear goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product for cross-functional alignment
- Enable partners with messaging, training, and resources to sell and implement effectively
- Own partner processes, tooling, and reporting; test and iterate on partnership models
- Ensure a high-quality partner experience from onboarding through long-term growth
Requirements
- 3+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles within SaaS/B2B tech
- Proven experience leading and managing teams
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue via partners
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating new products into partner motions
- Familiarity with partner enablement and co-selling practices
- Exposure to North America, Europe, and Australia partner ecosystems
- Ownership of KPIs for partner pipeline, revenue, and ROI
