Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, support task tracking, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Organize virtual meetings, prepare meeting notes, draft internal reports, and keep documentation updated
  • Act as a liaison across departments and regions to facilitate clear communication
  • Suggest tools or ideas to improve internal systems and processes
  • Maintain shared databases; ensure files are well-organized and accessible
  • Assist with project deliverables, document preparation, and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, operations, or business support (internships count)
  • Comfortable with basic English for internal communication
  • Fluent in at least one local language: Arabic (UAE or Oman), French, German, Spanish, or other major European languages
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote team
  • Must currently reside in UAE, Oman, or Europe with legal work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with UAE, Omani, or European business environments
  • Experience working remotely with international teams
