GMAT Instructor

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small group tutoring to help students improve GMAT performance.
• Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions through both in-person and online formats.
• Monitor student progress regularly and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents.
• Create detailed assessment reports after each session to document performance and areas for improvement.
• Act as a mentor and role model to help students build confidence and resilience.
• Assist students with study habits, time management, and assignment preparation.
• Collaborate with staff to align tutoring strategies with overall educational objectives.
• Participate in professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in education or tutoring.
• Proven expertise in providing academic support and GMAT instruction.
• Strong skills in progress monitoring and student assessment.
• Demonstrated ability in student mentorship and guidance.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and management.
