Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the sales process by standardizing deal stages, lifecycle definitions, and handoffs
• Implement SLAs with enforcement and alerts and establish governance for data quality
• Develop sales enablement tools including sequences, playbooks, pricing, and quoting systems
• Manage lead flow and scoring across channels and integrate Marketing Hub with consent/compliance
• Implement core system integrations including ads, analytics, e-commerce, and telephony
• Develop role-based dashboards and implement blended attribution for full-funnel visibility
• Implement call logging, recording, and transcription to support forecasting and coaching

Requirements

• 3+ years building/administering HubSpot Sales Hub
• Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Hands-on success with pipelines, forecasting, sequences, scoring, and dashboards
• Practical experience connecting Ads + GA4/GTM and telephony/CTI tools
• Excellent documentation, training, and async collaboration skills
• Ability to operate as a remote contractor
• Specific hardware requirements including i5 processor, 8GB RAM, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot Academy certifications
• B2B services or inside sales background
• Basic API, Zapier, or Make experience for integrations
