Graduate Associate – AI & Digital Innovation

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify, automate, and improve business processes
• Prototype and pilot AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms
• Promote AI adoption by helping colleagues embrace new technologies and ways of working
• Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical use, data privacy, and sound judgment
• Transform data and AI insights into clear and compelling recommendations for business leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 24 months in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong academic performance with projects, coursework, or internships involving data, analytics, or AI
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their application to solving real business challenges
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and Copilot

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency
• GenAI Generalist or Technologist certifications
