Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of designs, calculations, sketches, and project deliverables in line with discipline-specific requirements.
  • Support research tasks and ensure outputs align with project standards and objectives.
  • Produce high-quality graphical content for reports, diagrams, and models.
  • Explore and test visual representation styles to communicate ideas and concepts.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of physical and digital office libraries.
  • Assist in drafting written and visual content for reports and presentations.
  • Take meeting notes and prepare minutes in the required format.
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of built environment and planning practices.
  • Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and ArcGIS/QGIS.
  • Develop awareness of Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety in Design principles.
  • Complete design and documentation tasks under supervision.
  • Resolve routine problems and seek guidance for complex issues.
  • Support the team across various tasks and project stages.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and creative thinking.
  • Show initiative in learning new tools and skills.
  • Embrace continuous learning and apply quality procedures.
  • Actively contribute ideas and challenge assumptions constructively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning from an accredited university
  • Recent graduate (2024 or 2025)
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 or equivalent
  • UAE Nationals with a valid family book (Emirati only)
