Graduate Engineer - Civil (UAE Nationals)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of civil infrastructure components for utilities, water, and site development layouts.
• Participate in the application of quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Support senior engineers with the preparation of design documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
• Contribute to drawing production and design models using platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Engage in cross-functional coordination and attend team meetings to understand project workflows.
• Develop technical skills while enhancing your ability to communicate findings and progress clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025).
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent).
• Available to start September 2025.
• UAE National with family book (required by law and the Fursa Program).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and similar design/modeling platforms.
• Internship experience in a civil engineering or infrastructure environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
