Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement graph-based analytics solutions supporting fraud detection and investigative analysis
  • Use graph databases and network analysis techniques to identify hidden relationships and patterns
  • Develop graph models representing individuals, organizations, transactions, and other entities
  • Apply graph algorithms involving centrality, community detection, link analysis, and anomaly detection
  • Integrate graph analytics with machine learning and statistical analysis
  • Support entity resolution, identity matching, and risk-scoring activities
  • Build visualizations, link charts, and dashboards to communicate complex relationships
  • Document methodologies, data sources, and model designs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Neo4j or similar graph databases
  • Proficiency with Cypher or comparable graph query languages
  • 3+ years applying graph methods to fraud detection, investigative analytics, or risk analysis
  • 3+ years applying statistical and machine learning techniques to graph-structured data
  • Strong Python skills with standard machine learning and graph analytics libraries
  • Experience designing and optimizing graph data pipelines and schemas
  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain a government background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal fraud prevention or investigative initiatives
  • Experience with Neo4j Graph Data Science, NetworkX, PyTorch Geometric, or DGL
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, entity resolution, or graph embeddings
  • Experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft SQL Server, or Power BI
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
