Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality presentation templates, documents, and spreadsheet workbooks
• Develop layouts, visual systems, and reusable components
• Translate creative briefs and design direction into production-ready files
• Apply design judgment across typography, color, composition, and hierarchy
• Format tables, charts, and graphics for clarity and visual impact
• Ensure templates are accessible, technically sound, and easy to customize
• Incorporate AI tools into content and design workflows
• Collaborate with content, design, and product partners to incorporate feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience focused on business content
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and composition skills
• Hands-on experience with presentation, word-processing, and spreadsheet applications
• Proficiency with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience using AI-enabled design or productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating customer-facing templates for enterprise audiences
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
• Experience working within established brand systems and design standards
• Strong production-design discipline and quality control skills
• Experience designing data visualizations and structured business content
