Monarch is a powerful, all-in-one personal finance platform designed to help make the complexity of finances feel simple again. We are a fully remote company focused on building a product people love through data-informed design and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce direct-response paid social static creative for Meta testing sprints
• Turn winning concepts into fresh variations and format extensions
• Apply and maintain Monarch's brand and design system across all assets
• Translate briefs and performance signals into strong, on-brand first drafts
• Maintain clean, organized, and reusable design files and asset libraries

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic/visual design experience, ideally in paid social or direct-response creative
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, range, and typography/layout fundamentals
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to work fast and iterate at high volume without dropping quality
• AI fluency with comfort using generative tools to increase efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion design skills using After Effects
• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries
• Track record of designing based on performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
