Responsibilities

• Design effective marketing funnels
• Create user flows for target landing pages
• Generate and validate hypotheses through extensive A/B testing
• Analyze direct and indirect competitor funnels
• Analyze user behavior using internal analytics tools
• Collaborate closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in web design
• High-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory
• Business-oriented mindset focused on conversion growth
• Ability to present information structurally (research results, concept presentations, brainstorm ideas)
• Ability to argue design decisions and accept constructive feedback
• Desire to grow into UX/UI and increase seniority
