About the Company

Stratosphere is building the Barstool of crypto and finance, a media company that owns its distribution and partners with companies on brand positioning, narrative building, and marketing. We work with industry leaders like Polymarket, Avalanche, Jupiter, OpenSea, Disney, Lamborghini, and many more.

Responsibilities

• Shape visual identity and drive design production across the client roster
• Translate briefs into polished, on-brand visuals, decks, social assets, and campaign creative
• Work primarily in Figma to deliver high-quality assets
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset generation and ideation

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio in crypto or Web3
• Deep understanding of Web3
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Proficiency in AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-moving startup environment
