Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the visual execution of campaigns by defining creative angles and developing full asset sets
• Design a wide variety of ad creatives and formats for testing and iteration
• Design and adjust website visuals to support conversion and campaign goals
• Create brand assets including social media graphics, email banners, infographics, illustrations, and ebooks
• Contribute ideas to evolve and refine brand guidelines and visual identity
• Stay informed on design trends and competitor work to bring fresh ideas to the team

Requirements

• Strong visual design skills across web, infographics, illustrations, and print
• Ability to translate campaign briefs into compelling, on-brand visual assets
• Experience designing ad creative for performance and testing purposes
• Knowledge of organic social media formats and platform best practices
• Proficiency in design tools
• Strong sense of visual identity and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Previous remote job experience
