Growth Associate, Expert Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators and performers across various skill profiles and languages
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, and niche networks to find specialists
• Leverage AI workflows and automation to scale sourcing channels
• Establish vetting pipelines based on project requirements and expertise
• Maintain relationships with experts to ensure a warm and staffable roster
• Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specs into candidate profiles

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
• Fluency building AI workflows to scale operations
• Comfort owning funnel metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and time-to-fill
• Strong written communication, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments like startups or agencies
