Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and run an inbound marketing engine focused on the core value: “Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly.”
  • Develop and execute creative campaign strategy and short-form content to attract Hiring Managers and HR professionals.
  • Produce assets: graphics, one-pagers, short-form copy; leverage AI tools to accelerate content production.
  • Execute guerrilla distribution and community engagement (e.g., targeted Recruiter/HR WhatsApp groups) to build authority and drive traffic.
  • Manage large lead datasets: clean, verify, segment and feed into email/automation systems.
  • Run data-driven outbound prospecting (automated email sequences, manual follow-ups, outbound calling) to qualify leads.
  • Book 2–3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO and strictly qualify pipeline before escalation.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting dashboards and pipeline conversion metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior growth/SDR experience at an early-stage startup or founding team.
  • Proven track record booking high-volume qualified meetings for founders/CEOs.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot/Pipedrive/Outreach/Reply and basic dashboarding (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker Studio).
  • Comfortable using Canva or Figma to produce on-brand creative assets.
  • Experience using AI for copy/creative acceleration and for outreach personalization.
  • Arabic language skills and regional network in GCC (advantageous).
