Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a marketing engine focused on the value proposition: "Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly."
  • Produce high-impact content: short-form copy, one-pagers, social graphics (Canva/Figma) and assets tailored to Hiring Managers and HR.
  • Guerrilla distribution and community engagement: join and build authority in niche Recruiter/HR WhatsApp groups and other dark-social channels.
  • Manage outbound sales engine: clean, verify and segment large lead datasets; run automated email sequences and call follow-ups.
  • Book qualified meetings for the CEO (target: 2-3 qualified meetings/day).
  • Strict pipeline qualification and CRM management to ensure only qualified leads reach the CEO.
  • Track and report performance via dashboards; iterate on campaigns using data.

  • Experience using tools like Canva or Figma for rapid asset creation.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content production and outreach.
