Job description

Responsibilities

  • Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels
  • Build AI-powered workflows for copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting
  • Generate pipeline from targeted account lists using an ABM approach
  • Experiment with new growth channels, scaling successful tactics and retiring ineffective ones
  • Use AI tools to enrich and qualify leads before they reach the sales team
  • Analyze funnel performance and surface actionable insights independently

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
  • Proven experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns personally rather than managing agencies
  • B2B SaaS industry experience
  • Advanced English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Experience with programmatic or ABM tools such as 6sense or Demandbase
  • Daily proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n) to automate workflows and research

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with automation and enrichment tools like Clay, n8n, Make, or Apollo
  • Basic scripting skills (Python or SQL) for data extraction and task automation
  • Familiarity with the MarTech and analytics software space
  • Prior experience in team or project management
