Job description
Responsibilities
- Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels
- Build AI-powered workflows for copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting
- Generate pipeline from targeted account lists using an ABM approach
- Experiment with new growth channels, scaling successful tactics and retiring ineffective ones
- Use AI tools to enrich and qualify leads before they reach the sales team
- Analyze funnel performance and surface actionable insights independently
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
- Proven experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns personally rather than managing agencies
- Expertise in using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, or n8n) to automate workflows and research
- B2B SaaS experience
- Experience with programmatic or ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase
- Advanced English fluency (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills regarding attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation and enrichment tools like Clay, n8n, Make, or Apollo
- Basic scripting skills (Python or SQL) for data extraction and task automation
- Prior experience in team or project management
- Familiarity with the MarTech and analytics industry
