Job description

Responsibilities

  • Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels.
  • Build AI-powered workflows to automate copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting.
  • Generate pipeline from targeted account lists using an ABM approach.
  • Experiment with new growth channels, scaling successful tactics and retiring ineffective ones.
  • Use AI tools to enrich and qualify leads before they reach the sales team.
  • Analyze funnel performance and act on insights independently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing.
  • Proven expertise in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n) to automate workflows and execute tasks.
  • Direct experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns without agency oversight.
  • B2B SaaS industry experience.
  • Experience with programmatic or ABM tools such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Advanced English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills regarding attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with automation and enrichment tools like Make, Apollo, or n8n.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python or SQL) for data extraction and task automation.
  • Familiarity with the MarTech and analytics software space.
  • Prior experience in team or project management.
