Job description
Responsibilities
- Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels.
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting.
- Generate pipeline from targeted account lists using an ABM approach.
- Experiment with new growth channels, scaling successful tactics and retiring ineffective ones.
- Use AI tools to enrich and qualify leads before they reach the sales team.
- Analyze funnel performance and act on insights independently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing.
- Proven expertise in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n) to automate workflows and execute tasks.
- Direct experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns without agency oversight.
- B2B SaaS industry experience.
- Experience with programmatic or ABM tools such as 6sense or Demandbase.
- Advanced English fluency (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills regarding attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation and enrichment tools like Make, Apollo, or n8n.
- Basic scripting skills (Python or SQL) for data extraction and task automation.
- Familiarity with the MarTech and analytics software space.
- Prior experience in team or project management.
