About the Company

Shift Markets began in the world of traditional finance as a pioneer in FX technology. Recognizing the transformative potential of digital assets early on, we set out to bridge the gap between traditional markets and crypto, making digital asset trading accessible to businesses of all sizes.

Responsibilities

• Own social content production across X, Reddit, and LinkedIn for the Shift brand and prediction-markets vertical
• Build and operate AI workflows to scale team operations, including competitor signal pipelines and content repurposing engines
• Run email nurture campaigns through Klaviyo
• Source and qualify inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with the sales team
• Surface market signals from competitor moves, regulatory news, and KOL activity

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar growth or marketing role
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n, or Zapier
• A public writing voice (X, Substack, Reddit, blog, etc.)
• Strong curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Crypto-native experience (using wallets, following Crypto Twitter)
• Prior experience in marketing, content, BD, or growth
• Experience building and shipping public projects like agents, apps, or newsletters
• Familiarity with GTM tooling like Klaviyo or Apollo
