Growth Strategist

About the Company

We're a performance marketing agency built for DTC and ecommerce brands. We run paid, email, SEO, and CRO as one growth engine, and we are AI-native in how we operate, using an internal AI toolkit to focus on strategy and judgment instead of manual execution.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-channel strategy across paid social, paid search, email, retention, CRO, SEO, and AIO
• Manage end-to-end client relationships as a strategic advisor
• Bridge the gap between brand storytelling and performance marketing
• Proactively provide specific recommendations to clients
• Tie performance to business outcomes like revenue, CAC, and LTV
• Build and implement AI workflows to automate mundane tasks
• Design and analyze new campaigns and tests

Requirements

• 4+ years in performance or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience across multiple platforms (paid social, paid search, email, etc.)
• Proven track record of owning client relationships end-to-end
• Ability to connect paid and organic performance to revenue
• Experience building and shipping AI workflows
• Strong communication skills for translating data to founders
• Experience in an agency setting or with D2C brands is a plus
