Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent, predictable outbound volume by strengthening sequencing, enrichment, and data quality
  • Pressure-test the growth stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and FINTRX, to ensure optimal tool selection
  • Build and manage personalized-at-scale outbound motions across email and LinkedIn
  • Write high-quality outreach that avoids "mail merge" patterns and earns genuine replies
  • Own the booked meetings metric and report on performance to the Head of Marketing

Requirements

  • AI-native mindset with deep familiarity with the modern outbound growth stack
  • Proficiency in Clay and HubSpot
  • Experience with email and LinkedIn outbound execution tools (e.g., Smartlead, HeyReach)
  • Expertise in data enrichment, sequencing, and automated personalization
  • Ability to own a target number and iterate on processes without a pre-defined playbook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in the B2B wealth management, RIA, or advisor recruiting industry
