Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy with a focus on customer success, pipeline health, forecasting, and territory design.
  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data across HubSpot, BigQuery, Hex, and platform usage signals.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to design coverage models, segmentation, and quota structures tailored to developer buying behaviors.
  • Define and track key metrics from top-of-funnel conversion to NRR, providing actionable insights rather than just reporting.
  • Lead the RevOps roadmap by prioritizing tooling investments, managing vendor relationships, and evaluating new systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance on revenue forecasting and with GTM Engineering on data pipelines and automations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS or developer-tools environment.
  • Proficiency in the GTM stack, specifically HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.
  • Ability to write SQL comfortably to perform independent data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) motions, including usage-based triggers and how PLG data integrates into commercial pipelines.
  • Proven experience designing or overhauling sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in high-growth settings.
  • Strong ability to work asynchronously and document processes clearly in a globally distributed team.
