HCP Education & Content Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop HCP-focused educational materials including training presentations, LMS modules, speaker scripts, and product guides
• Create content decks for dermatology and plastic surgery conferences, advisory boards, and KOL presentations
• Translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into engaging educational content
• Ensure all materials are clinically accurate, scientifically substantiated, and compliant with regulatory standards
• Maintain and optimize HCP education materials across various brands and delivery platforms
• Support the development and maintenance of digital learning content within LMS platforms like Docebo
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Education teams to align messaging
• Manage content workflows within Veeva, including submission, review, and approval tracking
• Maintain a centralized repository of approved medical and educational content
• Provide educational support for HCP educators, trainers, and field-based teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of directly related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or aesthetics industries
• Experience supporting the Promotional Review Process

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing or advertising
• 7+ years of experience in professional, agency, or consumer marketing/sales
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage agency partners and marketing budgets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
