Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a global roadmap to scale derivatives volume, focusing on perpetual swaps and professional market share
  • Direct the BD department, establishing high-standard KPIs and optimizing CRM pipelines
  • Source and manage partnerships with Tier-1 Market Makers and HFT firms to maintain order book depth
  • Bridge the gap between Business Development and Product/Quant teams to align AI tools with sophisticated trader needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior BD or High-Net-Worth sales experience at a leading Global CEX
  • Deep technical fluency in crypto derivatives, including funding rates, margin mechanics, and API trading
  • Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory
  • Proven track record of building, motivating, and scaling remote teams
  • Active, high-level network of professional trading desks, VCs, and key market participants
