Job description
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a global roadmap to scale derivatives volume, focusing on perpetual swaps and professional market share
- Direct the BD department, establishing high-standard KPIs and optimizing CRM pipelines
- Source and manage partnerships with Tier-1 Market Makers and HFT firms to maintain order book depth
- Bridge the gap between Business Development and Product/Quant teams to align AI tools with sophisticated trader needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior BD or High-Net-Worth sales experience at a leading Global CEX
- Deep technical fluency in crypto derivatives, including funding rates, margin mechanics, and API trading
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory
- Proven track record of building, motivating, and scaling remote teams
- Active, high-level network of professional trading desks, VCs, and key market participants
