About the Company

AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. We are a fast-growing, founder-led company currently serving over 150k patients per month via our UK brand, Bolt Pharmacy. Our mission is to become the dominant full-stack AI healthcare provider in Europe and eventually globally.

Responsibilities

• Own the data stack end-to-end, including ingestion, Redshift, dbt, Hex, and product-event tracking
• Define the technical direction and architecture for the data platform to support massive scale
• Establish clear standards for dbt modeling, documentation, and deployment
• Govern core company metrics across growth, revenue, product, and clinical operations
• Partner with Engineering to establish data contracts and ensure reliable product data flow
• Lead and grow the data team, including hiring and managing engineers
• Design the data foundations required for regulatory evidence regarding clinical and AI systems
• Manage relationships with key data vendors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on data individual contributor
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams
• Deep fluency in SQL and dbt
• Proven experience designing and operating modern data platforms (ingestion, warehouse, transformation, reporting)
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles (orchestration, incremental processing, failure recovery)
• Expertise in data modeling and defining precise business metrics
• Ability to act as a player-coach, remaining close to the technical implementation while managing strategy
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge senior leadership on KPI definitions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling data functions in high-growth startup environments
• Proficiency with Amazon Redshift
• Experience using Hex or similar collaborative analytics platforms
• Background in consumer-facing or subscription-based business metrics
• Experience building data systems for multi-market or multi-brand support
