Head of Growth & Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the business operating system, including scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms, and accountability structures.
• Hire and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for social growth, podcasting, speaking outreach, sales pipelines, and AI automation.
• Implement and manage AI-driven workflows to increase team velocity and reduce manual tasks.
• Translate long-term strategic goals into weekly execution targets for social media, revenue, and engagement.
• Protect the founder's time by managing priorities and ensuring the team operates autonomously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading teams, including managing 7+ people simultaneously.
• 3+ years in operations, chief of staff, agency ops, or founder support roles.
• Proven experience building and managing KPI dashboards, weekly scorecards, or reporting systems.
• Advanced proficiency with AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, or n8n.
• Experience working directly with a founder, creator, coach, or consultant.
• Strong ability to lead and execute simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media growth strategies (specifically LinkedIn).
• Experience managing podcast operations or sales pipelines/CRMs.
• Knowledge of community platforms like Skool or online course management.
