Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own regional revenue and marketing budget, determining strategic allocation and justification
  • Manage local brand presence, including OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, and influencer relationships within central CoE governance
  • Track and act on local brand health and digital reputation metrics
  • Escalate regulatory, reputational, or brand risks early to the CMO and CoE leads
  • Deliver performance under regulatory constraints and market pressure
  • Lead a small regional team where market scale demands it

Requirements

  • Experience owning regional marketing budgets and delivering commercial outcomes in a matrixed organization
  • Strong commercial judgment across brand-led channels, affiliate/influencer ecosystems, and demand cycles
  • Ability to weigh commercial upside against reputational, regulatory, and behavioral risk
  • Composure under pressure with an outcome-focused mindset
  • Confident stakeholder management at the C-suite level across marketing, compliance, risk, and PR
  • Fluent English and working proficiency in relevant regional languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fintech, brokerage, or regulated financial services
  • Experience working within a CoE or centre-led marketing model
  • Familiarity with financial promotions compliance (FCA COBS 4, MiFID II, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in additional European or regional languages
