Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Evolve the product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem
• Lead the design of AIVM as a multi-sided platform for developers, protocols, and enterprises
• Define core primitives including APIs, SDKs, and execution layers to enhance developer experience
• Build and lead a high-performance product function, driving execution from concept to Mainnet
• Partner deeply with engineering to align on architecture, technical trade-offs, and delivery
• Act as the central bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and business development
• Define and track core ecosystem KPIs such as developer adoption and network activity

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles
• Mandatory technical expertise with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Strong background in blockchain/Web3, ideally within L1, L2, or AI ecosystems
• Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, emerging markets
• Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Proficiency in utilizing AI Agent infrastructures for optimization
• Ability to operate effectively before product-market fit by reducing ambiguity and defining primitives
