Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and product strategy for the AIVM (Artificial Intelligence Virtual Machine)
• Translate company vision into product architecture, roadmaps, and developer experience
• Define core primitives including APIs, SDKs, and execution layers for the agentic economy
• Build and lead a high-performance product function, driving execution from concept to Mainnet
• Partner deeply with engineering to align on technical architecture and delivery trade-offs
• Act as the central bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and business development
• Define and track ecosystem KPIs such as developer adoption and network activity

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles
• Mandatory technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics
• Proven experience in blockchain/Web3, ideally within L1, L2, or AI ecosystems
• Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems
• Ability to operate in high-velocity, pre-product-market fit environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Proficiency in utilizing AI Agent infrastructures for optimization
• Strong ability to reduce ambiguity and define primitives in emerging markets
