Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

About the Company

1bios is a U.S.-based healthcare company providing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and other virtual care programs to physician practices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients
• Educate patients on doctor-recommended RPM and CCM programs
• Answer Medicare-related questions regarding coverage, monthly participation, and opt-out options
• Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients in the system
• Accurately document call notes and patient information
• Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets

Requirements

• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare populations
• Strong spoken English skills with a clear, neutral, and easily understandable accent for elderly patients
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download recommended)
• Quiet, professional home office setup with a headset and clear microphone
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours
• Comfortable with consistent outbound calling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical offices, insurance call centers, or care coordination
• Tech-savvy with experience using web-based systems
