Healthcare Expert

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and provide expert feedback on clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data
• Apply medical knowledge to improve AI-driven healthcare solutions and decision-making models
• Analyze and audit virtual hospital operations, patient documentation, and workflow scenarios
• Develop and critique case studies, healthcare simulations, and medical decision-making content
• Document findings, insights, and recommendations with high precision and clarity
• Collaborate with a global team of technical experts and project leads to ensure alignment with objectives

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, RN, or equivalent) in medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration
• 5-10+ years of clinical practice, hospital administration, or relevant healthcare experience
• Proven expertise in clinical treatment protocols, research, or hospital operational audits
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week to project tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Clinical Director, Senior Registered Nurse, or Healthcare Administrator
• Prior involvement in healthcare simulation, digital health projects, or clinical data analysis
• Located in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM
