Job description
Responsibilities
Assist in managing holiday home bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Maintain accurate records of property details, availability, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for guests.
Support administrative tasks, including preparing basic reports and updating property listings.
Learn and follow Dubai regulations and company policies for short-term rentals.
Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal work experience.
Strong communication skills in English.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of property management software is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
Available to join immediately.
