HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and effectiveness initiatives
• Facilitate organizational change and transformation
• Own HR analytics, people metrics, and budget management
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Lead and develop a team of 3 HR professionals
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership capability and navigate people challenges
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategy
• Ensure scalable HR processes, policies, and governance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR
• 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic role
• Experience in multicultural and geographically distributed environments
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation
• Experience managing HR budgets and people analytics
• Previous experience leading and developing an HR team
• Strong project management skills
• Fluency in English
