HR Digital Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholders
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS and talent management systems
• Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systems
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and procedures
• Support special projects related to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiatives
• Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or a similar digital HR role in a multinational company
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with Time & Absences modules
• Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations like GDPR
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
