Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses across multiple states
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Assist the Credentialing team by collecting and tracking required documentation
• Coordinate calendars and scheduling for the medical team
• Support process improvements and administrative tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (NPs or RNs preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
