HR Systems & Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HRMS modules including Time and Attendance, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits
• Ensure optimal system performance, data accuracy, and security
• Configure platform workflows and business rules to automate people processes
• Manage integrations and interfaces with internal and external systems
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and releases
• Ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC audit requirements
• Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve HRIS tickets
• Document system configurations and maintain SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience with complex HRMS configuration (UKG Pro preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
• Experience in system and process automation optimization
• Experience managing file feeds, pay codes, and time and attendance configurations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to enhance system performance
• Hands-on experience supporting SOX and ITGC audits
