Responsibilities

• Lead the technical work-stream in enterprise sales cycles, translating prospect goals into compelling solutions.
• Design and deliver tailored proofs of concept that demonstrate measurable value.
• Transform complex prospect data into polished platform use cases.
• Own technical continuity from contract signature through onboarding and stabilization.
• Partner with customers to configure workflows, integrate and validate data, and prepare solutions for production use.
• Troubleshoot technical blockers and coordinate dependencies across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Document configurations and key technical decisions to support adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales consulting, or technical implementation in B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms.
• Strong project management skills.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
