Inside Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion revenue in your mid-market book of business by identifying opportunities for additional Buildout solutions
• Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to develop account strategies
• Execute discovery calls and product demonstrations focused on solving customer challenges
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across existing accounts
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities and accurately forecast revenue in Salesforce
• Become an expert in the Buildout product portfolio to recommend right solutions

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
• Proven success driving expansion, upsell, or cross-sell
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
• Highly organized with pipeline management and forecasting discipline
• Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
• Commercial Real Estate or PropTech experience is a plus
