Insights and Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration of digital technologies and innovative solutions into clinical workflows and care delivery models
• Manage teams and projects to generate high-quality insights and deliverables for health system clients
• Optimize patient care and consumer healthcare journeys through digital transformation
• Lead qualitative research activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and industry trend analysis
• Mentor junior team members and support professional growth within the team
• Identify and cultivate account expansion and membership renewal opportunities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a health system or healthcare consulting role
• Experience with health services delivery domains (e.g., revenue cycle, scheduling, remote patient monitoring, or acute care)
• Strong understanding of healthcare technologies and digital solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for narrative building
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights
• Proven ability to lead qualitative research and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a healthcare or technology focus (MBA, MHA, MPH, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AI integration within enterprise workflows
• PMP or hands-on project management expertise
• Familiarity with human-centered design or design thinking
• LEAN Six Sigma experience for process optimization
