Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
- Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and needs analysis.
- Build and maintain key customer service processes, systems, and management rules; track status of key customers.
- Analyze user behaviour, identify hidden needs, and produce key customer analysis reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide optimal services and solutions for key customers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in banking, investments, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt across situations.
- Industry experience in crypto or digital assets.
- Additional language fluency preferred.
