Job description

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and needs analysis.
  • Build and maintain key customer service processes, systems, and management rules; track status of key customers.
  • Analyze user behaviour, identify hidden needs, and produce key customer analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide optimal services and solutions for key customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in banking, investments, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Experience working with HNW individuals, family offices, hedge funds, asset managers, or market makers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt across situations.
  • Industry experience in crypto or digital assets.
  • Additional language fluency preferred.
