Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all families
• Coordinate information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics
• Obtain insurance authorizations
• Research, review, and document benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements
• Communicate cost shares, co-payments, and financial responsibilities to patient families

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
• 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook and Adobe
• Investigative, curious, and problem-solving mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Personable, warm, and empathetic communication style
