Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new insurance products, rules, coverages, and enhancements
  • Lead state expansion efforts by building and launching pricing models
  • Own the end-to-end rollout process from initial pricing analysis through launch
  • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance pricing accuracy and workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with actuarial, product, and compliance teams
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track product performance
  • Translate market research into concrete product recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of insurance product development experience
  • Experience building or launching new insurance products or rating enhancements
  • Experience supporting state expansion and regulatory readiness
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning tools to pricing or risk workflows
  • Strong understanding of regulatory modeling and compliance requirements
  • Ability to translate market research into pricing recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Homeowners insurance experience
