Responsibilities
Drive regional growth across markets, owning the full marketing mix and leadership reporting. Lead localization efforts by adapting communication assets for cultural relevance. Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, Snap, and affiliate channels. Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships with regional influencers and brand collaborators. Plan and execute offline activations to elevate brand presence. Secure media coverage in premium regional outlets. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Own marketing reporting and deliver synthesized insights. Provide on-the-ground support for product installations.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management. Proven track record managing offline activations and digital performance campaigns. High-energy and resourceful mindset. Strong brand affinity with a local network. Self-starter who excels at building initiatives from scratch. Exceptional communicator with a proactive mindset.
