IT Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage international EDI integration projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party providers
• Gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements
• Design and implement optimized processes, with a focus on customs and compliance workflows
• Ensure timely delivery of integration milestones, managing risks and dependencies
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Support testing, rollout, and post-implementation activities

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of customs processes, regulations, and international trade compliance
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in EDI or system integration environments
• Experience working with international teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• French language skills
