IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio split between subsidy management systems and Workday ERP
• Oversee the digitization of state-by-state subsidy calculations to replace Excel-based processes
• Manage two mandatory semi-annual Workday ERP releases
• Ensure all projects adhere to SOX/SDLC controls and auditor-approved processes
• Focus on risk management, issue resolution, project charters, and stakeholder management

Requirements

• Proven experience managing ERP implementations or releases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday)
• Experience working in organizations of comparable size and complexity
• Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
• Proficiency in managing multi-stakeholder environments
