IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer Okta day-to-day, including user provisioning, group management, SSO configuration, and MFA policy enforcement
• Own joiner-mover-leaver (JML) workflows to ensure seamless and secure access transitions
• Manage the macOS fleet using Iru (formerly Kandji) MDM, ensuring compliance with security baselines and patch cadences
• Administer Slack workspace and the corporate SaaS portfolio, including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Notion
• Identify and eliminate repetitive IT tasks through scripting and automation
• Maintain detailed runbooks and documentation for all core IT operations to support global coverage

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or identity administration at a cloud-native or SaaS company
• Hands-on Okta administration experience (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)
• Experience with a modern MDM platform such as Kandji/Iru, Jamf, or equivalent
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Strong async-first communication skills with a focus on documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FIDO2/WebAuthn deployment or hardware security keys (YubiKey)
• Familiarity with Slack Enterprise Grid administration
• Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance evidence collection
• Experience managing IT operations across multiple time zones (APAC and Americas)
