Responsibilities

• Manage daily game uploads, releases, and configurations across all brands and markets
• Monitor game availability, content accuracy, and platform quality through routine checks
• Investigate and resolve first-line game-related issues and escalate complex cases
• Create and manage tickets with game providers, aggregators, and internal teams
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to support releases and promotions
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and tracking tools
• Support the wider Casino Management team with day-to-day operational activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in iGaming operations, support, content, CRM, or marketing
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and back-office systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with casino platforms or back-office systems
• Experience with content management tools
• Exposure to promotional campaign management or provider communications
