Junior IT Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement procurement strategies for IT-related goods and services
• Process and track purchase orders, payments, invoices, and receipts
• Source, evaluate, and select vendors for IT licenses and domains
• Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, licenses, and internet services
• Manage company domains including purchasing, renewal, and configuration
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
• Optimize costs by identifying unused seats or volume consolidation opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure budget adherence

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT procurement
• Experience with 1C or other ERP systems
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of IT equipment, licenses, and internet products
• Proficiency in procurement software

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in procurement or supply chain management
• Understanding of contract management and legal aspects of procurement
